Surf Lesson: Novice

Service Description

A typical beginner lesson would include the following: water safety, equipment, hydration, surf equitte, pop-ups, stance (regular or goofy-footed), paddling, body postionment, and board handling. It sounds like quite a bit at first but everything is broken down according to one's progression and learning style: remember everyone progresses differently! This lesson is mainly in the white water or also known as "foam", where the wave is already broken and easy to catch.
